What do I need to get
started?

What happens after I signup

new website?
After we receive your order we
will configure your new website. In less than 24 hours, you will
receive an email
with all the information needed to login and manage your new site.
How
does the monthly subscription work?
When you signup you can checkout
through PayPal using a PayPal account or a major credit card. The credit
card processing is secure. With PayPal, your subscription fee will
automatically be debited each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty.
How much
does it cost?
SchoolPal is $79.99/mo. and
TeacherPal is $14.99/mo. Both volume discounts and term
discounts (quarterly or annual subscriptions) are available.
There is no initial setup cost. And, every new
customer gets the first
month for 1¢
How
easy is it to make changes to my website?
If you know how to use email or a word processor, you can use
PublishPalLite! There is no need to be an HTML expert or
understand how to "ftp" a file.
Can
I put links to files on my website?
Sure, you can easily link to spreadsheets (.xls) and documents (.doc)
as well as Adobe .pdf files.
How
about images? Can I put images on my website?
Of course. All PublishPalLite sites include an easy to use
File Manager. It is real simple to add images to your website.
Do you
provide email service?
No, we do not. However, we can help set you up on the Google
App service. They provide an excellent email service.
What
about domain names? What if I want a domain different from
the free one that you provide?
We can sell you a new domain name, or you can transfer an existing one
for use on your PublishPalLite site.
How much
disk storage and bandwidth comes with my subscription?
SchoolPal
includes 2GB of
storage and 2GB/mo. of bandwidth. TeacherPal comes with 1GB
of
storage and 1GB/mo. of bandwidth. This is usually more then
sufficient. If you need more, it can be provided for a modest
fee.
What screen resolution should I use?
The screen resolution should be set to 1024x768 or higher.
Is my data safe?
Yes,
it's totally safe.
